PTSD vets? They will need help!

One thing many returning vets feel is an isolation from everything familiar, everything they left behind, and everyone they left behind. Being with other vets can help ease the pain but it doesn't start the healing process.

Teach your vet the basics of tapping and work with them as they do it. Even if you are both beginners you can help them experience some relief after only 1 session. Here is a link to download the FREE 'get started' package.

I recommend buying the DVD set-it's fairly inexpensive and you can legally make up to 10 copies, if you've got friends who can use some help too. Then watch them WITHOUT your vet first. Spend some time learning how to do the tapping and what to say. That will get you started. Click here to order the DVD's.

If you don't want to tackle this alone there are many competent EFT practitioners that you can find on the EFT web site. Click here for some tips on how to find a good practitioner.
